All our training materials are virus free; however, Certification Planner is not responsible for damages from virus infection.

Use of Information Stored by Certification Planner

  • Certification Planner will never disclose, sell or exchange users' information to any third party for promotions or any other purposes.
  • Users are free to opt or decline to receive offers from Certification Planner.

We do not collect and store users’ details from any medium and only store the details that you willingly shared with us. We may use your contact information that you shared with us to get feedback, support or to give information about new courses. If you don’t want to receive newsletter/emails from Certification Planner, you can unsubscribe. While enrolling for an in-personal or online classroom training, you may need to make online payment and you have to provide your personal information like name, e-mail, phone number, credit card details, address(s). We don’t store your credit card details in our system as we use Secure Encryption Technology (SSL).

Course Material

All course materials are designed for the training and education purpose and we keep updating our course material on a regular basis. Certification Planner reserves the right to modify the content without any prior notice.

If we have any false information about you, we request you to contact us to correct that information.

Refund Policy

Thank you for trusting Certification Planner and getting enrolled with us. With every purchase, there are terms and conditions related to the Refund Policy. We recommend reading the terms, process and conditions carefully to learn about your rights and responsibilities as our participant. With the purchase of any course with Certification Planner, you agree to our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use and Refund policy.

Refunds: Classroom Training

Certification Planner reserves the right to postpone or cancel the training, or change the location in various circumstances like insufficient enrollments, unavailability of instructor due to health issue, or other force majeure events like earthquakes, floods, political instability, etc.

  • If participants cancel the enrollment at least 8 days prior to the training start date, CP will refund enrollment fees after deducting 10% of total paid fees.
  • Incase Certification Planner cancels the training session because of any reason, we give a 100% refund to the candidate.
  • If a candidate withdraws the registration within 8 days or less of the training scheduled date, in such situation candidate will not be eligible for any refund.

Refunds: Online Training

The candidate can raise a refund request 7 days prior to the online classroom start date. The money back guarantee gets void if the candidate has attended online classroom sessions for more than one day or accessed over 30% of e-learning course material. Also, the candidate could not be applied for a refund if the learner has downloaded shared E-Book or recording.

Refunds: Duplicate Payment

Duplicate payment refund will be processed through the same payment gateway used for payment within 10 to 15 working days after the refund request approval by Certification Planner.

Reschedule Policy

Reschedule of Training At Certification Planner, we usually avoid rescheduling our training programs, but some unavoidable circumstances force us to reschedule our sessions. If rescheduling happens for any training session, the options available for candidates are as follows:

  • Incase Certification Planner cancels the training session because of any reason, we give a 100% refund to the candidate.
  • If a participant can attend any other scheduled training session according to his/her convenience, at any location, we move the enrollment for that session.
  • However, the rescheduling request needs to be intimated minimum 3 days prior to the event.
On the other hand, if the candidate raised a rescheduling request, then the candidate has to pay the rescheduling fee as per the below mentioned conditions:
  • The rescheduling request raised at least before 8 business days to the enrolled training session start date, the candidate needs to pay 10% of the registration fee to reschedule the enrollment.
  • Certification Planner doesn’t accept rescheduling requests within 8 business days or less to the scheduled date.
  • Rescheduling will be subject to the availability of seats in a session.

All the content including texts, images, training materials, graphical content, and others available on the website are protected by copyright and trademark, and belong to Certification Planner or its partners, affiliates, licensors, or other third parties. Under no circumstance, CP’s content cannot be copied, modified, reproduced, distributed, uploaded, republished, posted or transmitted for commercial use without written permission from Certification Planner LLC. You cannot use any of the logos or watermarks available on the website without written permission from Certification Planner.


Transactions for the purchase or sale of services or products facilitated by use of this site will be allowed by the Terms of Use unless mentioned in a specific area. No other or additional terms contained in any sales or purchase order, document, transmission, or other communication shall be mandatory unless agreed to in writing by Certification Planner. We reserve all rights with us to refuse service to anyone without any prior notification.


Certification Planner reserves all the rights to make adjustments in services, prices, products and offers due to changes in market conditions, provider's price changes, course discontinuation, errors in advertisements or any other circumstances. Certification Planner can change the any information available on the site at any time without any prior notification or obligation.
