The ITIL® Intermediate Service Transition is the next level within the ITIL® Service Lifecycle category after ITIL® Intermediate Service Design (SD). With ITIL Intermediate ST Certification Training, the candidates can enhance their knowledge of practice components, process elements and management techniques to design, implement and test products and services.  

The Service Transition (ST) module of ITIL intermediate service lifecycle focuses on equipping candidates with the understanding of the best practices needed to implement change decided during the Service Design and Service Strategy stages. The Service Transition training enables you to recognize different ways to plan and manage the transition, to identify and manage changes to IT services and to use new or updated resources in accordance with the customer expectations and business strategy. ITIL Service Transition (ST) Intermediate Training courseware has been approved by AXELOS and includes sample test papers.

ITIL Credit System

Under the ITIL Credit System, you must earn a number of credits from each ITIL certification to progress to the next level within the ITIL scheme.

The ST module is worth three credits towards the minimum of 17 required to progress to the Managing Across the Lifecycle module, which is the final step before the ITIL Expert Level.

The exam format is as follows:

  • Multiple choice examination questions
  • Eight questions per paper
  • 28 marks required to pass (out of 40 available) - 70%
  • 90 minutes’ duration

You will receive an email containing the details related to your classroom venue and timing 5 days prior to your scheduled training date. Q3. How can I pay?

We accept various modes of payment ranging from Pay Pal to wire transfer. For public classes, we accept ACH, Wire Transfer, Pay Pal, Credit Card, Debit Card, Diners, Cheque, Master Card. For Corporate training, we accept Credit Cards, Cheque, Wire Transfer and PayPal, Purchase Orders. Q4. How does Instructor-Led Online Classroom work?

Our online classroom training is conducted via www.gotomeeting.com and all our classes are interactive sessions which enable participants to watch, talk and chat with the instructor and fellow participants. Our instructors are familiar with GoToMeeting and our dedicated CP champ will walk you through the platform prior to the class. We record all sessions and share downloadable videos for future reference

 

Q5. Will the recorded lessons be shared with the participants in Online training?

Yes, the recorded training is shared with the participant. The recordings are shared post-completion of the class. Participants will receive a link to download the recordings on the email address shared by them during registration.

 

Q6. Can I cancel my class? How will the reimbursement process work?

Yes, you can cancel your participation in a training session. However, the cancellation and refund are subject to the following conditions:

  • You can cancel your class by emailing us at support@certificationplanner.com
  • If you cancel before 2 weeks from the scheduled training date, a cancelation fee of 10% will be deducted and the balance amount will be refunded.
  • If you cancel within 2 weeks from the class, a 100% deduction will be made.

The refund will be made through the same mode of payment during enrolment. Refer to our Policy Page for more details.

 

Q7. For how long do I have the access to the course material if I take up Self-Study and can it be extended?

You will have access to the material for 180 days. Yes, you can extend the access duration for the course material at an additional charge. You can contact support@certificationplanner.com to find out the additional charges. The additional charge is decided based on the duration of the extension you need.
